Kitting Specialists
We have been creating and packing kits for 30-35 years for some of our biggest customers. Predominately used within the Rail Industry, these can be as small as 1-2 bags for 1-2 items, or can be delivered in line-side bespoke made plastic cases for hundreds of components. We can supply colour coded cases, custom branded packaging, bespoke labels, or even barcodes - all which assist in making fitters lives easier at assembly locations. We and can even add free-issue items in to kits if you have parts which have not been sourced via ourselves.
Kan-Ban Services
Kan-Ban, JIT or Bin Systems have been in place for many years and everyone runs them their own way. We are flexible in our approach to support your site whatever your needs may be. We can offer wireless monitored solutions, or manual on-site checking. We work with a range of set-ups including flag bins, two bin systems, to basic single bin racks which has been in place for 30-40 years. Whichever way you want yours to run, let us know and we can support your companies requirements whilst providing expert advice if you want an upgrade.
Schedule Orders
If stock-holding is an issue for your business, whether it's down to costs or in some cases on-site capacity, we can support your business by buying in stock at a cheap set price, and holding it in our works for you to meet either a pre-agreed schedule delivery or for call-off as and when required. This helps our customers in setting a fixed price for their stock, which they know can be maintained for several months or even years, whilst only needing to pay for what they use, when they use it.
